When you submit the commission enquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional phone/WhatsApp number, country, a description of your property, your format and framing preferences, how you heard about us, and any notes you add.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To create and deliver a portrait if you choose to commission one.
• To keep in touch about your specific order.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
